The Sim-Outhouse is nine years old today!

Looking back over the years we've had our share of characters and contributors as well as a solid membership here in the basement.

As a plank owner (joined on the first day) it's been a pleasure knowing and interacting with all of you.

By the way....CFS2's 10th anniversary is coming up on October 13th...

Us "young" fellas sure owe you old farts a lot! I dare say CFS2 would have been long forgotten if not for all you have done over the years. "Thank you" just is not enough, so here's a big fat kiss for the bunch of ya! Now where's my cherry flavoured chap stick?:salute::salute::salute::ernae:
 
I joined way before the indicated 2005 date. Old membership was lost in a crash. appy anniversary SOH and thank you all for your hard work. :salute:
 
I joined sometime in 2001 too - been in and out over the years, but always came back to the best CFS2 site on the net!

It has come a long way and improved greatly over the years. Wasn't it called the Sim-Outhouse Mall in the old days Jagd?

I don't remember the first time I ever wandered into SOH. I am certainly no plank owner. I am guessing 2002 or so maybe a bit later- 2003. I just remember at the time I was looking for a place that would host the MaskRider scenery website- I had been kicked out of my free digs due to chronic bandwidth overages. Whoever I got in touch with, probably Ickie, was very obliging. At the time the SOH software had some deal going that allowed it to go to your existing website and recreate a very close facsimile of it that fit into the SOH format using all of your own custom images, frame-sets and so on. Very cool.

I confess that my first love was dear old CFS2 Online (later Netwings). I remember that when ever CFS2 Online would go down- we would all migrate over here to SOH. And vice versa.

I remember saying, after CFS2 Online changed over to Netwings (with the release of CFS3), that I would remain stubbornly with CFS2, like an old Dinosaur, wandering thru a progressively emptier and an emptier landscape where old friends were fewer and fewer and further and further between.

Well, here we all are!

I wasn't around here back then (it took me a lot of time to discover CFS2), but in the last two years the CFS2 subforum is one of my obligated daily readings.

Happy Birthday SOH.
I hope the community carries on for many more years.
Time to thank all the people that helped me to make exploding library objects.
I hope the people that use my scenery enjoys them.
My skill level is improving all the time.
Reworking the vehs from the cfs library more detail more lods and will be exploding objects.
I will post screenshots soon.
I do not combat fly often.
Speek to you all again soon.
