Vertigo Studios Spitfire?

Outstanding choice...I just wish someone would do a bubbletop late version of the Spit. there was a very nice one for FS9 done by Ed Wilson and his crew. I wonder if this V will have a clipped wing variant?
 
Geez! ANOTHER [LINESTRIKE]Spitfire[/LINESTRIKE]? :isadizzy: Why didn't they just do a[LINESTRIKE] Mustang[/LINESTRIKE]!? Or something even I can fly, like a [LINESTRIKE]Cub[/LINESTRIKE]? Or an nice twin, like a [LINESTRIKE]Lightning[/LINESTRIKE], or a more modern plane, like a [LINESTRIKE]Warthog[/LINESTRIKE]. But wait - those have been done to death too! Next thing you know, they will try a [LINESTRIKE]B-25[/LINESTRIKE]. They should be focusing on something that hasn't been done, like a [LINESTRIKE]Bearcat[/LINESTRIKE].

If people like to voice opinions in regards to "not another spit" Im more than happy to keep her to myself. Me being a Brit its my sort after aircraft, so the model, textures and features will be unparalleled. It would be a shame to hog it all to myself. :wiggle:

I didn't use enough smilies then... It was a completely tongue-in-cheek post in response to Kilo Delta awaiting "the inevitable "Not another Spitfire/Mustang/Cub etc etc etc" musings!"

Actually, looking back, I didn't use any smilies, relying instead on the proximity to the previous post. I apologize for any misunderstanding. This is not the first time that my (unmarked) sarcasm has caused misinterpretation, and you would think I would learn from that (but noooo, I don't). I even intended to put a smiley face in the post, but in the end forgot to put it on.

It's not my place to suggest what you should create, but if you decide to tackle a subject I am familiar enough with to accurately critique, I will do so. I probably won't mention pilot size though :wiggle: (. Perhaps you would like to create a Sikorsky S-76 (A, A+, B, C, C+) for FSX? :icon_lol:

When I first read it I thought it was for a laugh. I then went back to the thread and thought, I hope I haven't upset anyone hence me making a reply to your edited post.

But still, for not using the smiley Icons, AckAck has just volunteered to by the house a round of of devils water :bump:

Great news, the more Spitfires the better as far as I'm concerned. Interesting to note the missing oil cooler, though I realise this is a WIP. Looking good though.

and a B-26? (might as well ask, as you seem to be throwing them out at an alarming rate)
