is a great resource for phone numbers to bypass all the push one for crap that happens when calling banks/phone companies/and other places...it does work for most places...

As much as I love new technology, automated customer support is one of my largest pet peaves.

Automated answering is the main reason I told AT&T to piss off.

I pay extra to have phone service with a local company instead. If I have a phone problem, and call them, I get a human, instantly. And they send a repairman that day, or the next at the latest.
