Steady as she goes..F-105f/G

:)
I love you, in an FSX add on kind of way. I really like the F-105F. I like the G, but I prefer the clean look of the F. If only the Republic AP-75 had been built.

That Wild Weasel looks great!

I really hope we'll be able to see the intakes and wings from inside the VC. The Alphasim 105 just kills it for me when I look over my shoulder and see wing nav lights out there and not attached to anything. And wing tip vapor trails being generated from absent wings...blasphemy!

Paint IAW T0 0-1-4 dated 1978

Loving the thought of a Thud. Lost all my pics years ago, I had shot while stationed at Takhli.
Anyway here is the USAF camo pattern of the times scanned from the book. Whether D,F, or G all the same pattern.

WOW! You guys impressed me with the F-102.... but a G model 105 just knocked it out of the park. I'll be sure to buy the 105... I'll consider it a down payment on some F-100 you may do in the distant future.

Thanks for the renders..... now get back to work!

Cheers,

Chris

You're using the x64 version of 3DS Max? I thought FSX's exporter wasn't compatible to that one, just the x86 version.

Anyways, that model is looking good.

I get the feeling RAZBAM knows something we don't or they're just using 2010 x64 for the dirty work, but export with 2008 x86 in the end...:d

Looks like my alphasim thud is going to be sidelined. Looks very nice, can't wait to get my hands on it!

Thats correct Bjoern, I have a few plugins and additional tools available on 2k10, which makes it advantageous to utilize it for the dirty work.

Then we toss it over to .fbx format, import into max 2k8 and do the FS X specific coding and work from there :)

Glad you all like it!! :D
