MTBx-Yug Missions

Hi Guys

Anybody knows who is the author for the MAW MTBx-Yug missions? I would like to use his/her work on the placing of facilities on Vis Island for possible future missions. From experience, I know it is hard work to do that; and, I would like to get permission to use them as they are.
