Can't start Ivan Jurèaga's MiG-21F-13

I'm probably being very thick but I came across Ivan Jurèaga's MiG-21 while sifting through my hangar but I can't seem to start it. I've tried the old 'save one running and change planes' routine but nothing seems to work!:banghead:

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Folks!

I'll try it later tonight and let you know how I get on. Just got back from Midland Air Museum in Coventry and been crawling all over a real one...!

Thanks again

I didn't realise that Coventry had a MiG-21 on display. I was in that neck of the woods a few weeks ago (in Rugby) and would have made a diversion had I known. Can the general public gain access to the exhibits?

Now got this going and aloft - thanks for the advice.

Yes they have a Mig-21PFM and it is accessible; they acquired it from Duxford in 2001. It was flown in to Duxford from the GDR in 1989 apparently and is completely original - down to the totally tread-bare tyres! Sorry didn't take photos. If you talk nicely to the guys on a weekday they'll let you get up close to any of the exhibits. A rare treat!

Remind me to never go there on a weekday and talk nicely to the staff. I'd end up humping that MiG-21. :icon_lol:
