I could never understand why when somebody sang with Hoyt they didn't need to sing the same word at the same time and it always worked. Look at this example - late in the song.

That last one (Endless Road) with Hoyt Axton was from an episode of "Bonanza" with the oldest of the three Cartwright brothers, Pernell Roberts as Adam Cartwright.
 
Not only was she a good pop/country singer she was also a damn good soprano in operettas. If you get a chance check out her performance in the film version of 'The Pirates of Penzance' with Kevin Kline as the leading man.

When we look at pictures of our friends and relatives, I always tell my wife that we're aging more "gracefully" than they are....:icon_lol: Gravity tends to accellerate the process once you get to a certain age.

Bettie Page never would allow photographs of her to be taken when she resurfaced in the 1990s, telling interviewers that she prefer that fans remember her as she was in the 50s....and for my part I feel the same way. Sometimes that's how a memory should remain....
