Samoshin Trees v2

I have these trees, but cannot get them installed on w7 64bit.
The installer wants NetFramework 2.0 to be installed and closes then.
Net 2.0 is part of Net 4,which is allready installed.
Any ideas?
Thank you
Michael

Hi,Michael,

On simmarket, a customer told, that it´s only compartible with 32bit systems. For me, that brings up the question, if things like the Dreamfleet Dakota, or AIcarriers, or your trees could be run in the compartibility mode on 64bit systems?

Cheers, Thilo

I tried it to install in XP Comtability mode---no chance.
When it doesn`t work on 32bit systems,i wonder,
why there is no advice before you buy it?
And again a product, which is unusable!

Net 2.0 part of Net 4? News to me. All Net runtimes are standalone and independent, with the exception of 3.5, which did have some crossover with Net 2.0

i could be incorrect, but i do believe it is possible to download and install the .net 2.0 stuff from microsoft.. It wont damage anything you cirrently have installed and should allow your software to install ..

I allready tried to install this package.
It doesn`t install, says "You have allready installed NET".

I had the same problem you did. Here is the work around. Go to your add and remove program/ Programs and Features/remove all 4 of the Net.Framework/ reinstall only Net. Framework 2 and then the tree program. After you do that and set up your trees, if ya want go and reinstall to the updated Net Frame...Mike

Tried this, deleted everything with NET 4,rebooted
and run NET 2 installer----and guess what?
"Can`t install,NET 4 is allready installed".
I give up.
Thanks for trying to help
Michael

Make sure you go into C drive/programs and remove it there also and also go inside of /run/type regedit and go into the registry and remove it in the programs area.
