New Beaufighter If, VIf4 and VIf8 textures

Hi Folks,
Been sitting on these for ages! Got round to finishing them.

Five skins for Bismarck13's very nice series of Beaufighters one for the If, one for the VIf4 and three for the VIf8.

Also a WD_pilot and WD_gunner texture update included.
