Great shots and nice aircaft and I have the Chrsten Eagle but I wish my ticket would come through for the A-10 so I can insatll it..

I continue to have issues with my purchase from Iris. It has been over a week with my credit card being billed and still no resolution despite sending daily e-mails and multiple support ticket requets.

I have begun filing complaints with Paymate and Visa asking for a complete refund. :banghead:
 
wellll, Christmas was Yesterday in the great down under, so there is hope for today..

Maybe there is... I know they have great products and they are probably great people but I have never had such an experience with any of my on-line FS purchases....
 
Firstly,

Snaker, just want to apologise, my comments on the other thread were never intended to worsen your experience, and were not meant personally. I had a huge sense of sympathy for David as I feared he was 'up-against-it' after doing us all a great deal. I also had and still have every confidence that he will make sure you get sorted out right. I am sorry you have not received you order, but they are worth it. Again, my humble apologies if I offended.

Secondly, back to the OP's point, yeah, huge thanks to IRIS for this spectacular deal, loverly-jubbly!! Loving every single plane.

Hi Jamie - no offense taken at all by your previous posts. Your advice was good as I have seen so many threads over the years turn into total negativity fests when everybody starts putting their opinions in. I was glad the thread got locked.

I hope my issue gets resolved so that I, and I presume many others like me, can enjoy what are beautiful planes. Hopefully he gets some help and can get things sorted.

Anyhow, enough of my hijacking this thread. Great screen shots everybody. Thanks for sharing!!

You'll get what you have paid for, Snaker, rest assured. I know you must be a little frustrated, as I would be, but Iris' reputation for customer support in such things is second to none. Bear in mind the sales overload issue, and the fact that there are a lot of family commitments for everyone, including Mr Brice, in these last few days of the year. Give him a few days to catch up and then send a gentle reminder. :)

actually I had a bit of brain fade:sleep:..the installer serial was on the installer itself so (i was expecting it in a separate email) ,my A-10 is installed (and looking good!)..hope you get your issue sorted soon Snaker
 
Thank you so much, David, for these wonderful gifts. I have supported you over the years with some of the best planes in my hanger.

Yes, I've had problems with ordering, also, but David ALWAYS came thru. Sometimes it took awhile, but he always came thru.

I now have the complete DSB/IRIS hanger collection, and couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to any and all new projects, which I will cheerfully support.
