Drifter Ultralight Preview Pics

SOH-CM-2022
Here's some pretty pics of the Austflight Drifter Ultralight.

Getting very close to finishing the modelling now with only a few things needed to be done. Then it's onto the flight dynamics (hours and hours of fun for the whole family).

A simple panel.

No closeup of the pilot because I need to redo his arms (which look very wrong at the moment).

This is the view that your left rudder pedal has. Pretty much every control wire and arm is visible on this aircraft.

You may even be able to make out the dots that owner has placed on the prop blades and hub so he knows how to reassemble the propeller properly.

Just amazing...the lock wiring on the prop bolts blows me away.
Work like this is a great inspiration to me as a modeler in terms of what is possible. Well Done, Sir! :salute:

Wow ! GOOD done! Will be free (like Tiger) or payware (like LSA) addon?

payware I'm afraid as there is so much work involved but at least it will be under $20 :)

Pretty much every nut, bolt, washer and screw has been modelled. Not to mention all the wires, cable ties and fuel lines.

You don't realise how much of the inner workings of an airplane are hidden inside a nice aerodynamic fuselage. With the Drifter you can see all those hidden inner workings.

Looks Great Anthony! I got a glimpse of this a few days ago, been drooling ever since. Looking forward to it!
