'Original MSRP: $150,000 USD'

We had one in town owned by the Ford Dealership (read owner of the dealership, cause only he drove it) and the bank (Wells Fargo). Anyhoo, the last time is saw it, it was in a body shop having the rear end repaired after the idiot (and I say that kindly) had backed it into a concrete post. At that time it was owned by the bank only, because the dealer had gone bankrupt.

It's still a Ford...albeit one of the nicer fords. Your car photography has improved A LOT since I added you to Flickr. Keep shooting Panther!

Very strange really, we've had genuine offers around A$250,000.00 for the GT40 'Replica', but then again, it is as close to a GT40 as possible, not a present day 'Ford/Ford' powered by a truck engine.

I was driving up to Sebring about 6 months ago and one passed me. Also 2 Frareris and a porche. I think the were headed to the track at Sebring to wring them out.

I photoed one at VIR in 2006 at the Gold Cup, here's a candid of an original GT. Watts Hill of Chapel Hill, NC used to own one of the original street version Ford GTs. I had the privilege of driving it in 1982.

And I am accepting donations to buy new wheels for my 2003 Merc Marauder. They are corroded and won't hold the air too well anymore. Found out yesterday from the dealer that they are about $1350 each........:redfire::a1451::jawdrop:
