Is there any way to obtain the native FSX version of Milton's mindblowing bird that was on FSNorthwest?

I'm running on dx10 now for the framerate increase... I really tried searching, with no luck...

As far as I know it's still available from FS Northwest. IIRC the address changed a while back and old bookmarks no longer work. The Bell 47 helicopter is well worth grabbing while you are on there too.

You will have to register there before you can download though.

Yep, I was almost certain I was using the correct login info as well.

If any FSX modeler wishes to do a proper native conversion of the Spartan Executive with proper mapping and bump maps and animations, I will provide the gmax source. Just shoot me a PM.

Click on "Search Files"
In the "Search for text" box type Spartan Executive
Click "Start Search"

The FSX mod Spartan is on the first page of the search. You can get there without logging in, but it won't allow you to download, so if you're not a member then register first.

Understand, but at this point, it's a case of flying one now (without DX10) or one in about a year or so.:salute:

I guess it is, but it would be a year well worth waiting, since that puss moth turned out pretty amazing.
