I just finished 7-1/2 hours of pluming work here..
And tomorrow I should in another 7 hours have it all back together..
I discovered that there were several pluming joints that were caulked together not correctly done a few days ago..
And tomorrow the new tenets will be moving in here..

Have to get a BAD Pluming job fixed before this..
Who ever did this 20 years ago needs to be shot..
I was amazed at what I found, Had to cut a hole in the wall with a sawall to get to some of it..
Now I have to build a access panel so if I ever need to get back in there..
This has turned out to be a bad few weeks here..
But Hopefully, this will settle all of this here..God Willing.
It has been crazy here...

Hang on all I will be back in a few more days I pray..
God Bless each of you..

Owen, just make that hatch large enough for big people to use, not just hobbits!

I hate plumbers' hatches - they're not for access, they're for blocking with pipes, valves and pumps. Grrrrr. :a1451:

Perfect hobbit sized hole, 1-1/2 foot by 1-1/2 foot, works great!!
Human types might not fit but I do..:icon_lol:

Been working on it all today, lots to correct.. I will never understand why someone would have done this to start with..
I have several unions and connections to correct, I may use some rubber boots to help correct some of this..
There isn't a lot of room to work in which does slow things down..
'But making good progress here..
I am surprised this lasted this long without a major failure..
Thank God for PVC piping..
Replacing iron and steel pipes with PVC where ever I can..
Much easier to work with in a small space..
