You just need to edit panel.cfg (sorry, I said 'aircraft.cfg' in the video) to add a 2D panel definition. You can copy it from one of the default planes. Yes, all the operable switches and levers have very high-quality sounds. There are also some alternative sounds effect files to substitute for the background whine of the gyro instruments. I think this is because the volume of these effects is independent of the FSX sound controls, so you can't trun them down manually.Does the BN-2A have switches and lever that make a sound when you click on them, like the DC-2 Uiver?
