I hate the track, but sure am glad to see Denny win one.

Boring race, Michigan is such a boring track and it looked once again like all boring tracks to be a fuel mileage race, thanks for that last caution Jr. Hopefully this will turn the season around for the 11 team.

'At's OK Dave, Ed's just pokin' ribs, I know that. An' Ed ain't got no nevermind about F-1 either, he's a stocker through and through. Speakin' of pokin' ribs, this is what I ate this weekend.

After seeing that BBQ setup, I feel like such a lightweight. Here is my grill with some ribs cooking.

Yummy, although I'm a porker, my wife would drool if she saw them ribs! I likes 'em too, but prefer minced pork and beer BBQ chicken. Each of those chickens in the ic have about half a can of Blue MNoon draft in them. Makes 'at 'arr chicken all juicy and tasty.

Hey All,

Both those BBQs look great! In the one with the chicken how come they are on pop cans if they are full of beer?

When it comes to NASCAR Caz has it right - I am a stocker and I don't "hate" any driver but there are absolutely those I don't care for and it basically comes down to how they handle themselves on the track. No driver should ever be allowed to simply decide to viciously take out another driver based on the idea I'll teach them to never mess with me. This is the Carl/Kyle tactic and I will never agree with it. Likewise I will never agree with putting people in danger on pit road. NASCAR is absolutely not always right in how they rule on these things. You can bet the rulings would be different if innocent people got hurt.

Denny is not a bad guy - it's just fun to rib Caz.

I basically gave up on F1 in the Schumacher era - when Barrichello pulled over to the side of the track and stopped to wait for him and then Michael put him on top the podium - talk about laughing at F1 management. No real race fan can respect a series that allows that or a car manufacturer that can do that with impunity.

And what's your excuse for still watching NASCAR since you believe in the Mark Martin/Matt Kennseth "thing"....:bump:

Hey All,

Worlds of difference there P. There was no guarantee Kenseth would have won as there were more races that year but it did end up putting him over the top. The separation (in time) between the event and the title was too great for NASCAR to even consider it - if they could even figure it out. Someday somebody will ask Mark about it - probably when he's retired and the truth will out.

And once again your hatred of another driver is clouding your judgement...

We now have "2" conspiracy theories in NASCAR believed by EasyED....:bump:

Hey All,

Caz you think Taylor Swift could do bluegrass? I think in this video she is outstanding - so is the video and the message - full screen is best. I especially like the blackface mandolin - a JBovier - about $1400 - I may have to give him a call.

That would make two of us Ed.
I really stopped taking F1 seriously when 'Mika the Flying Finn' retired, more or less ceased watching until Mark Weber ended up in a decent car.
And FWIW, my enthusiasm for NASCAR evaporated with the passing of Dale Senior.
:kilroy:

And a PS:How much cholesterol do you lot take on board with those barbies?

Draft beer in recycled cans Ed. Blue Moon draft too. We rebels call it Beer-B-Q Chikin, it's moist and delicious, all the alcohol cooks out don't ya know, pity. :icon29:

Sho she could, but she just goes where the money is right now. Country music is all that's left of Rock 'n' Roll IMHO. Why do you think so many AI winners go country.
