Messerschmitt 108 Taifun released!

Thanks guys!
Adding a young lady, what a great idea. You're putting the fun back in Taifun!

Bill, I got another brunette (I do prefer them over blonds :icon_twi: ) for the other seat.
She's just not too sure yet how to get her legs into plane. :icon_lol:

Beautiful job Mathias on the Taifun,i love it.I just have one question, how do the wings fold back,i tried everything, but the simplest thing probably.

Got it,like i said it was the simplest thing.:banghead:

Hi guys,

sure, using a payload manager you will be able to make them visible/invisible in exterior view depending on station weight.
Two optional switches, one that hides the passengers from exterior view even if payload stations have the proper weight, another one to optionally display the passengers in interior view.

A number of years ago, Cliff Robertson had his Bf-108 restored at Plum Island. I have been checking with all the old pilots if they have any photos of it. So far no joy. But from what I remember, the scheme that Bearnhard came up with looks very much like it except that it had a swastika on the tail. Can it be the same one? Do you have any history on the markings? It happened the day he flew his Bf-108 away, a Taifun and 2 MG sportcars were burned when the hangar caught fire.
This plane has caught everyone's fancy and rightfully so. It's got everything!

Cliff's plane has been repainted many times, appearing like a Bf-109 in various movies. It's like an AT-6/SNJ appearing like a Japanese Zero. That photo is a nice looking airplane, but as Cliff flew it off, it looked like what Bearhard has shown. Dappled gray, orange around the crosses, and white lettering. Has he made this scheme available?
By the way, Cliff worked with Mel Torme', the singer, in presenting the U.S. version of "Cross & Cockade" magazine.
