Stolen from CFS2

??!?

Thats got me beat - is it a Buffalo or summat?

Great to see designers for other sims making their work available for conversion :applause:

...looking forward to this little flying greenhouse of a fighter, especially after having read how the Fins loved her... Was not the Buffalo also used by the RAAF against the Nips in the PTO? :mixedsmi:

HOLY COW!!!!!........er, I mean BUFFALO!!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!!! I really enjoyed this model in CFS2. Thanks to Thicko for sharing! I can forsee the Hobbit missions for this one.

And Crete.

The CFS2 version is a bit on the FPS-killing side, so I'm glad to see that the CFS3 one is in very good hands!

@Rene: you might ask him nicely for the B-239 export version as well?

Well, I'd admittedly like a B-239 in its Finnish guise (which is pretty much an F2A-1 with a larger semi-retractable tail wheel, no floor window and stuff removed from the cockpit) while our British friends would probably like a Buffalo I which is the same as the B-339, which again is pretty much an F2A-2 with a larger fixed tail wheel, no floor window and stuff removed from the cockpit. Some might also like the B-439, the export version to Australia similar to the F2A-3 with the same modifications as in the B-339.

If we only get one version it'll probably be the F2A-3 and so be it, but how about we all put together a nice petition and offer to do our part to ease the workload, and see where it leads?

working on an F2a3 then I plan on doing the b-339/mark1 . I will look at the b-239 and see whats involved. just dont know where i will fit it in.

it is hard to make myself commit to too much when I still have a lot of work to do with the VC yet.

Cheers!

...Steve, you are the artist, so take yer time, enjoy yourself, don't feel pressured, don't feel rushed... just relax...
