MAW,BOB,PTO

I have a new install of CFS3 Battle for Europe and have found a download for BOB and PTO,and looking for MAW, now my question is do i need a patch for CFS3 before i install those three and is there a order in which i need to install them?
forgive me if i over looked a post that deals with this.

Yes it is the patch you need.

There is no order to install PTO, ETO, MAW or BoB, all you need is a clear patched CFS3 stock install.
 
Welcome to the monkey house... Yes go the the Microsoft CFS3 website and patch to 3.1a for starters... and read the stickies here, and and and... :ernae:

:kilroy:PurpleBird, yes, go to this site: http://www.microsoft.com/Games/combatfs3/

Get BOTH Updates, 3.1 and 3.1a.

You might want to grab the Mission Builder, too.

Install both patches and the Mission Builder, if you so choose. It's also a good idea to then make a copy of your Combat Flight Simulator 3 game folder to another location outside of the directory in which in was installed. This is good for a backup so you don't have to re-install CFS3 if you make a mistake somewhere. I learned this the hard way.

Whenever you install PTO, ETO, BoB, or MAW, they simply copy what is needed from your main CFS3 folder without causing it any harm.

Well i got all the downloading done, cfc3 patch, PTO,BOB,Maw, and i got to say those were some pretty big files. now on to some more reading then will see if i can get them to work right :icon_lol:
 
The ETO/PTO and MAW expansions have been greatly improved upon since their releases..

Many new effects( O1 Driver) for ETO and Items by many Masters that Bless us all with their efforts..

Along with the many missions sets by several different Masters of this craft you can download and enjoy..

And There are folks here willing and able to help you with install issues and the like..

I know it's been a few days but i got them all loaded and have tried them all out and seam to be missing some aircraft in PTO, MAW works fine but when it loads it shows update 1.31 but i loaded all updates to 1.54, is this normal? or did the last two updates not load properly? other than that i am having a blast learning the ropes of a fighter pilot / bomber, very challenging stuff gents :applause:
 
...so happy to hear you're having a good time. -I don't recall for certain but in PTO your missing aircraft may be in an earlier version(?) :mixedsmi:
