Welcome home Henry. Forget the Heineken, stick with the Guinness, a pint & a meal in the same glass; my old grandmother used to swear by it when she was sick - mind you, she used to swear a lot after it too!!

I'll raise a glass to you.

No way mate...go Amstel!! Or Hertog Jan.....or Brand.....or Dommelsch, better than Guiness........:icon_lol:

:guinness:
Hank

:guinness:...can't stand the stuff,personally

Give me a good German or Polish beer instead :icon_lol::icon29:

Noooo! If I'm not drinking the Nigerian lager (copyright Arthur Daley) then I'll happily drink a Czech beer, Budvar for preference - proper Budweiser!!

:icon_lol: Might try out that Budvar when I'm next at the offie!

I don't get the whole Oirish Guinness thing....the minute a visiting dignitary arrives to Ireland they're whisked off for a pint o' the Black Stuff......and in the case of poor Prince Edward it's a case of look...but don't touch (or feel the wrath of "de missus") :p :icon_lol:

"Oh, but anyway, Toto, we're home. Home! And this is my room, and you're all here. And I'm not gonna leave here ever, ever again, because I love you all, and - oh, Auntie Em - there's no place like home!"

Good for you Henry

It is good to see you made it back home Henry! I hardly drink any alcohol, so I can't help you with drinking Guiness or Heineken.

Take care my friend,
Huub
