Today I bought the All-in-One package!
But I can not install
This error appears:


I do not understand
Please help me!
 
Well, it seems that your Windows XP is not up to date.
I suppose the installer needs some packages (usually dotnet frameworks) to run properly.
What is the support package level of your Windows XP ?

I use the WindowsXP SP3 and NETframework 2.0

the NETframework 3.0 and 4.0 deleted

You might want to put those back as they may be needed either by the installer or the add-on.

As I understand it all the various flavours of NETframework can live on the same computer and they are all 'stand-alone' units, i.e. 4 does not replace/include 3 etc. so you need them all.

These NETframework versions were previously installed, and then I could not install the Herc package
