No Sound in CFS2

1150

SOH-CM-2024
Hello All!!!
I have a problem which I can't quite fathom !!!
I have five installs of CFS2 :-CFS2 Europe
CFS2 Russia & The Balkans
CFS2 Prototype & Experimental
CFS2 Pacific
CFS2 Africa& Middle East.

My problem started about a week ago ---and only with CFS2 Europe --no sound in play mode-- full sound on the cheesy start up screens--full sound when selecting aircraft and scenery.
Then no sound at all when flying landing taxing or whatever ---------go back to menu screen and sound is suddenly back !!!!!!!!!
All other CFS2 installs work normally .

Any and all suggestions from the CFS2 Gurus who live here would be welcome .
I have tried numerous fixes --reset defaults ,adjust sound volume at menu etc. !!!!!!!!!! No joy at all .

Thanks in advance for any suggestions any and all of you might have .
Regards to all

1150,

When in flight mode, check the menus (hit the ALT key in full-screen mode) and look under "options." Make sure that there are check marks next to "sound" and "radio communication." :jump:

Also, the default sound on/off I believe to be the "Q" key.

Now Fixed.

Thank you Rami,

Another case of the old finger trouble, I should have extracted it rather than insert it!!

And also to Shadow Wolf, I did both fixes and it now works correctly.

Thanks to both of you for all your help.

Regards,
