Hurricat Texture Problem

Hi All
I have loaded Mauro's excellent CAM Hurricat but I have a problem with texture.
There are 7 files in the texture file:
DISCO
DISCO 3
ELICHE
gunsight_109
HURRI_ALASOPRA
HURRI_ALASOTTO
HURRI_MIX
HURRI_MIX2
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

PS I have also downloaded Mauro's HURRICANE_MK1_W87, however, it will not show at all in the game. It has a large aircraft file that may be a problem?

I am a US Army officer who retired and lived in Italy from 1982 to about 2 years ago....

Unfortunately... the files are named in Italian... and unless you speak it well.. I can see
your problem.... when you don't...
To wit, the files you show are:

DISCO= Arc ... i.e: propeller arc
DISCO 3= another propeller arc
ELICHE= Propeller texture
gunsight_109= (this one is in English, probably Mauro got it from some other aircraft)
HURRI_ALASOPRA= wing upper surface
HURRI_ALASOTTO= wing lower surface
HURRI_MIX= this one is in English
HURRI_MIX2 = same

As you can see... there is no texture for "fusoliera... (FUSELAGE IN English)
and from the picture you show... the fuselage is BLANK.... because there is
no texture included for the fuselage... I would bet my bottom dollar on it...


IF YOU CAN COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL WITH THIS MAURO FELLOW... AND HE DOES
NOT SPEAK ENGLISH...

Per quello che vedo si tratta di un modello molto interessante e vorrei veramente averlo completo...

Thanks Gauco for the translation and the letter for Mauro.
I found another of his hurricanes and with:
HURRI_Fusoliera
HURRI_CodaLeft
HURRI_CodaRight
and pasted them in.
One side of the fuselage is OK but the other matches another part of the jpeg.
The Tail textures do not show.
I will email Mauro, hopefully he will be able to help, although the model is from 2002.

Gaucho... not Gauco... lol
From the looks of it, the mapping of the textures might be either upside down or wrong side, whichever direction... and/or
a larger size meant for the other model and not the one you are using...notice that there is some blue underside color
in the fuselage... and the color separation is vertical and oddly enough... it ends (in the aft direccion on a fairly straight line...
which might indicate the mapping on this Hurri is diferent than you model... and just not meant for it....
Since you don't have the texture mapping for the model you got.. without the fusoliera texture... just see what Mauro
sends you... and compare them...
question: does the starboard side show OK in your model?

These should be the two textures you are missing, they are for the Hurricat V3.0 dated 2-21-2002.
