Don't you hate it when SOH message editor automatically replaces "flightsim.com" by "sim-outhouse.com" in all the links ? :icon_lol:
I hope this thing will be disabled someday...

Hey, SOH is not modest at all. SOH staff just closed, and locked the doors so we never leave. :icon_lol:
 
I believe you get the complete aircraft in these files also. If I'm not mistaken the original planes are no longer available?

That is my understanding on both counts. Anyone who needs the windscreen bmp fix for FSX just ask and I can post it here.

I believe you are right.
Here is one of the corrected links to look inside the archives:

We can see the model file in the model folder, etc... so those are not just repaints.

EDIT: actually, there are quite a lot of screenshots included in those archives. Wow, I didn't remember that the Veneaviones Commander model looked THAT good... :jawdrop:
EDIT2: funny, I found a message from myself on another forum, posted in beginning of 2010. I had tried that model at that time, and I reported about the virtual cockpit problems, saying that I would stay with the Commander made by Milton. Now I remember why the Veneaviones is not in my hangar :)
 
The original Veneaviones TC690 packages are available on avsim under the FS2004>Original Aircraft section, search for Veneaviones and they'll be there:ernae:

LOL! Soon as I read this I thought, OK, I am not the only one with early onset "SOH Forum altzheimers" i.e., you forget you had the same or similar discussion not that long ago and find this searching the forums . . Funny enough, I then searched "commander" a second ago and surprised myself to see I posted on this topic - with the VC and air.cfg fixes uploaded as recently as September. Now for what reason did I just walk into this room . . ?
