Any missions about intercepting V1 bombs?

Has anybody created a mission in which you fly a Spitfire, Typhoon or Tempest and have to intercept V1 flying bombs?

I have Metaldreams V1 bomb, but there are no missions in the pack.
 
Sounds like a great opportunity to learn something new and satisfy your own taste for action in the process...let us know how it turns out :icon29:
 
V1 MISSIONS

Not sure, but I do somehow remember a mission like that from somewhere. Didn't the original CFS1 game contain a mission of Buzz bomb busting?

There is a mission for Mosquito Squadron which involves one, and if you are in need of a V-1 rocket, you can get it from Groundcrew...

Thank you for your answers. I'll try to find that Mosquito Squadron mission.

The problem with the Metaldreams V1 is that it behaves strangely when used as an AI, going up and down all the time until It crashes. Apart from that, I flew it for a while in Free Flight and it was capable of turning quite well, so I'm afraid that when I find it I will have to dogfight to get it, which is not very realistic. It would need a new flight model that keeps it flying in a straight line.
 
I have a V-1 mission somewhere, and I'll try this evening to find it back

It was integrated in an A/C file, but I don't remeber if it was with a Tempest, a Typhoon, a Spit Mk.XIV or a Lightning...

Lovely mission with one version at dawn, hunting V-i in the clouds while night is coming...
