In a note on October 31st Roland told me the sale of his Rafale was stopped by
Dassault Aviation and that he was on standby waiting for a license to start selling it again.

But Dassault has a (big) meaning to them,as this was Macel Bloch's name in La resistance.

PS:as recently Swiss Airforce declined the Rafale(vs Gripen)they may need any advertising they eventually can get
 
Thanks for the replies, Roland and Frank. I was intending to get the Rafale when it came out, but my summer flying schedule was so hectic I missed the opportunity....then *poof*, the Rafale was gone.

That B looks awesome! I'll have to get that and the A when they become available. I missed the A the first time as well.
 
Any news of whether Roland is getting close to putting his Rafale A back up for sale again. I want this bad.

Mirage 2000 OFF TOPIC

I know my post is just a little left of topic however I have been eating alot of nasty sand in a place I did not want to be, BUT could someone please update me, when I was leaving.. The Mirage 2000 was a big deal, I just read about the release of the Rafael.... BUT DOGGONNIT I never got to the Mirage 2k... and I can not fine it anywhere, did the project blowup or what..... I was salivating when I left country so please forgive my ignorance ? can anyone help me and fill me in:ques:
 
Roland closed his website some time after releasing the Mirage 2000-F5 in August 2009. Those who got it in time were lucky, afaik you cannot get it anymore. He also showed images of a 2000C WIP but that went silent. The good news is there is a very talented team that has started a new deux-mille project:
