Photo frame for GPS?

Anyone ever hack a photo frame as a second monitor? Dug out our Pandigital photo frame (got it as a gift and never use it) thinking I could use it to display the GPS gauge in FSX. The frame has a USB input for file transfer. It's capable of displaying video in addition to just photos.
