That's the Bell 222, developed for FSX by Cera Sim, available here: http://secure.simmarket.com/default.php?manufacturers_id=267. There's tons of repaints, including some by our own SOH "Jeansy" - Matt Levi at AussieX.

Note, Cera also developed the Bell 212 and Bell 412 helos also.

B E A U T I F U L!!!!!!!!! there are some very nice CO's birds out there right now too this being on of them. this particular aircraft visited NASJRB Willow Grove a year or so before it closed down.....a great rendition!
