I added the config changes lights 8 thru 11.Now I don't have any AB effects.maybe I did read it wrong.I don't have the F-104 or the 707?.Are the changes only for those that have the F- 104 and the 707 etc?.
Since I don't have the F-104 or the 707.Could anyone PM me the effects of both planes.If infact it is effects that go into the effects folder of FSX.I hope I don't have to buy the planes in question.Is the Alpha F-104 for AB effects a freeware plane,or payware?.

Do you find the inboard afterburner effects do not display correctly when using the F104 effects? the outboard effects display fine, but depending what angle I view the rear of the plane the inner AB effects in the jet pipe disappear, the trail of flame stays put though......?

Went an edited out the white contrail from left wing. Makes it look more 'real'? This is one fantastic shot! I do the same: add clouds and fly around taking screenies. Eats up the available 'flying' time (and disc space).
Sound? How's Eric Cantu's sound for the F-104 Starfighter. Download 'v_pnlsnd.zip' from FSCom. Discard the pnl and use the sound-it's my favorite for all mil types.

Great shots of a truly awesome beast!!. But can I ask, does anyone else get a no-show with the electrical and warning panels on the cockpit right side? Is there a fix for this?
As an aside the Hustler was offered to the RAAF at one stage!
Will wait (im)patiently for an oppportunity to put these skins on David's FSX-native bird!

That's interesting... I've converted one aircraft to DDS DXT5 and have no issues with the AB.
I made this short video of the flight, some stuttering, I forgot to set it for video recordings. I had the scenery set to extreme. For videos I use dense settings. Scenery is Orbx NA BLUE.
Well anyways, may do another to test a different jet engine sound.

The B-47 I'll never forget.It was one of the first planes I got trained on,when I entered the USAF in 1966,at McClellan AFB,Calif.(55th Weather Recon SQ)
Since I live in Tucson,Az.(The land of the Relics).I retired from Civil Service here at Davis-Monthan AFB(AMARC).Sorry to say all the WWII relics are gone.
