8th Air Force total conversion UIRES uploaded!

Hello all,

I am working on a CFS2 total conversion for the 8th Air Force. Some of you may remember that I was working on this a few years back, however my hard drive broke and I thought I had lost all of my files.

However I found them just a couple of days ago, and have been busy working on them again.

Here are some shots I have from the past, files that I still have and am currently working on (Sorry for the low res, I have a much better system now)

I am facing a few minor problems, and one major (to do with resolution), however I am doing as Dirtman taught me and trying to fix these problems for myself before I ask for help, (Talking of Dirtman, where is he?)

Jack,

It's nice to see you again. Dirty hasn't been around for a long time, but he's still alive and doing fine, the last I heard. I'm still plugging away on Europe, time permitting. I'm actually working on an RAF bombing campaign at the moment...
 
8th Air Force ETO Uires screens are up!

That Really Means a lot Rami. There is more to come, I am just working on fixing my CFS2 graphics problem. :salute:

8th Air Force Bases Map

For the next part of the conversion, I am going to need a good quality map of all the 8th Air Force bases in England, However I can't find one anywhere.

If some one could pass me a link to one it would be much appreciated,

Thank you, if you're wondering why, it's because I'm making a list of all of these bases that are available, along with a list of skins for the respective plane that was based there.

As you can see the map is full of circles, squares and triangles. Triangles = 1st Air Division (B-17s), Circles = 2nd Air Division (B-24s), Squares = 3rd Air Division (also B-17)

Hopefully this method will highlight the missing Skins and Bases. The skins I will make myself. We will have to see about the bases though, I guess I will tackle that bridge when I get to it!
