RealFlight F6F Hellcat Released

I can not get the gear up.

I clicked on the lever and tried to lift it up and nothing happens, I tried to just click on the lever and not pull on it and it does not move. I can turn on the switches and other things, but no gear.

Question, on your 2nd shot are those whisps of grass growing through the tarmac a edit or do you see that in FSX. If the latter what package has it :)
 
I did throw in a few extra blades of grass too though just to break up the lines a little :kilroy: but it is, for the most part, Plum Island as Michael has stated.
 
Dean is a Champion!

I purchased and downloaded the F6 today
Had some texture issues with the Gauges in the cockpit. Within 2 hours of my posting Dean had the soultion, posted the patch, and had me replace several files in the "Texture.Commom" folder.......

WOW-What Customer service:applause::applause::applause::applause:.....and if I am correct Dean is 6 hours ahead of me so it is past the normal working hours....


If anyone out there is thinking of purchasing the Hellcat for FSX from REAL FLIGHT- BUY IT NOW!!!!!

With this type of service I am now a devoted fan and customer and will stay with this company..I can see many future purchases for Real Flight

Just bought it. Yes - i too have the VC texture problem and also a FPS problem with the self shadowing switched on.

Fantastic product otherwise :jump::jump:
 
A2A lights for the F6F Hellcat

I played around and now have the F6F with two bright wing landing lights and a strobe on each wing tip.
For anyone that has A2A,here is the light set up for the aircraft .cfg file:

I also experience this. My setup is FSX Acceleration with Saitek X45 flight stick and rudder pedals. Guns fire with the brakes and nothing else. It is odd, but not a problem.
 
I have to agree with the great customer service! I was having a problem with glass textures not showing up and posted the problem on the RealFlight forum. I got a very quick response from Chuck and a couple of patches to download. It didn't quite fix the problem the way I was hoping, but Chuck said that a service pack is forthcoming that will address the issue. I assume that the issue with the guns will be addressed too. I wish that every add-on vendor were as good as these guys are. The F6F is a joy to fly and visually stunning! This was money well spent! Now I can't wait until they release the Bearcat!

It would be awsome to change the numbers, sure is wierd seeing unlucky 13 all together on one ship, it is a good thing I did not do it on Friday the 13th !! Booo !!

Hi , the lights are all run with the switches on the right hand panel with the only " Default " light being the landing lights, there are no light entries in the aircraft.cfg , we used only attach points as the FSX sdk allows this method now, the only lighting.cfg entries were used for engine smoke.
