OT: But here are twoo things that flew over my house today!

Awesome. You out in the sticks up there or reletively urban, just asking in regards to the bird. I was out skating the other day enjoying my week off work and was buzzed by the Batte of Britain Memorial flight Dakota, thats was an interesting experience.

Hi Lewis,
I live in a mobile home on a Caravan Park in Harrogate, just under two miles from town centre on a main road, housing estates all around.
We have a number of Red Kites in the area and I can watch them two or three times a day, between 2 & 3 in the afternoon is best, they seem
to come under attack from Crows and Sea Gulls most afternoons. Makes for a great aerobatic display.

Todays visitor also got attacked by a small fighter from below, they mostly attack from above and behind but this one had alot of guts!

Beautiful. I no live out in the sticks here, though just up the road is an airfield with a sky diving company so not much bird wise other than a cessna caravan type doing funky fast dives to get down before the parachutes!
