doubt it, bbc has the coverage and they dont do 3D gimmick stuff

BBC HD channel was broadcasting the opening ceremony in 3D, and there are 24 HD BBC Olympics channels broadcasting too (all available for free on Freesat).

Javelin and discus could be fun to watch in 3D.... i'm a big follower of the Olympics and constantly wish for all the latest and greatest tech to really get the best of it...
