Disappearing Photo

A couple of times I have posted a photo and it has shown up on this screenshots thread. But when I check the next day the photo is gone, replaced by a link. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

It's the Alphasim F-104G, but i'm afraid the textures (never uploaded) are lost forever due to PC AND backup HD crash :-(
