Work in progress:
There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I'm enjoying this model very much, especially that you can see the wings and drop tanks when you virtually look over your shoulder in the VC (TrackIR user). The AI model is a huge bonus!! Thanks Rob!!
I would like to say something that's been on my mind for a very long time, and it by no means is a critique of Rob's work...not at all!! The pic offered up below shows the F-106 paint in a normal state, ie mostly unweathered and shiney. The USAF runs planes through Depot maintenenace on a schedule so often that it pretty much precludes heavy weathering on the paint. I have the Alphasim F-106 and the Razbam F-102...which I really like, BTW... and they are heavily weathered with every seam showing. I think in general most Devs have payed tooooo much attention to FSX users who pipe up with recurring pleas for "make it heavily weathered!!! It's not realistic if it isn't!!". The truth is that heavily weathered paint is not the norm, and ISN'T realistic. I think devs really listen to the wrong people sometimes...umm, make that many times.
