1 Dutch and 1 "Dutch" havard repaint inbound

Still not finished with repainting Wozza's Texan/Havard.

Almost ready for release are:
- the Dutch PH-TBR of the SKHV (Dutch Historical Flight), in the colors of the BAFO base flight of Deelen.
- the "Dutch" N13FY, although on US registration, based in the Netherlands and owned and flown by an ex-KLM Captain.
