FSX Douglas C-117D Skytrooper

I've loaded the two white on gray files onto the site. These are the same as the previous files, but done in a low gloss military finish. There are two versions, one clean with minimal wear and the other with stains, rust and weathering. No paint chips, I'll leave that to the re-painters.

I've reworked the bellyband stripe as per the photos posted by Skyhawka4m. These should make a good platform for all military paints.

Enjoy...G

they look prefect sir!!

Gman, thanks for doing the white-over-gray blanks. :salute: That's how I remember most of the Navy C-117D's in the 60's and 70's.

I have submitted new FSX skins for a Capital Airlines Super DC-3.

It was only a matter of time till that one popped up. :icon_lol:

A (fictional) Provincetown-Boston paint might go well with that one and especially the VC, considering that they flew them well into the 1980s. Just thinking out loud though.

Hanimichal...man, I love that bare metal Luftwaffe you did.

I put up two basic gray blanks...very low gloss for general paints. One clean and one weathered. That should cover the spread.

Repainters, let me know if you need something specialized. I'll see what I can do.

Paint like the wind....LOL :applause:

Hello FOlks,

thank you all for your excellent repaints and if i can, any fun and colorfull Cargo livery on the way ?
:guinness::guinness::icon29:

All I brought was a really old laptop, so the screenies aren't that good, and it is not really a cargoplane either, but it has some nice colors...

ah yes, that one was on my todo list as well, but feel free...
