SectionF8 Sabre for CFS2.

A while ago Bearcar241 created, with a lot of effort, a CFS2 conversion of this FS9 Sabre. It must be without doubt the best F86 up to date.
The problem is of course the metallic high gloss textures which is not possible in CFS2. So here's an attempt to make some totally new dedicated CFS2 repaints which at least resembles the metallic look. They are at least an alternative. A lot of small changes have been made to the rest of the files so read the instructions. :salute:

That's a good suggestion Gius! Any nice Mig 23 flying in CFS2? Maybe a FS9 which can be converted? (are you paying attention Bearcat241?)

MIG 23?

Doesn't Ito have a FS2004 Mig 23 model? I believe it is Mig23G7.zip but not sure. Anyhow I believe that his weapons restrictions are still in play, or maybe not.
 
Oh well,
but Ito's planes, although excellent, are not available for Cfs2 conversions. I think i must do a research at SimV and other sites.

unfortunately only two models available, the Ito's one and the payware Alphasim....:frown:

Allright!! Cant promise anything, but let me do some research Gius.

By the way. Stuartcox has reworked the Sabre textures for FS9. Check it out over at the FS2002/2004 forum.
