TBM-1c Avenger x 2

Hi All,

Here's a couple of Avengers. The first is a rendition of the Avenger flown by my wife's Uncle off the USS Kadashan Bay, CVE-76, with Composite Squadron VC-20 before, during and after the Battle of Leyte Gulf. The second is a well used Avenger off the USS Tripoli, CVE-64, with VC-13 in the Atlantic.

Both are for the B24 Guys OH Avenger. If you want a nice "Jeep Carrier" to fly these from, the "Katie B" can be found at the Fox Four site at Colin's Shipyard. I'll give these the "once over" and get them uploaded.

Thanks,

Bub

Hi All,
Sorry for the delay on these. As I said in an earlier post, I've been busy with "home projects". I'm almost caught up with them. I'll get the repaints packaged up and uploaded as soon as I'm able.
Thanks,
Bub

Had no luck trying to breathe new life to that Atlantic Wildcat... the mapping isn't right and the shines on the MDL or the model.. I can't deal with...
I did have better luck "dressing" up some of the stock CFS2 birds...
Pappy Boyington's Lulubelle came out pretty well...

Uploaded - Finally

Hi All,
Finally got these uploaded. Thanks for your patience. As I stated earlier, "Charlie 88" represents the Avenger flown by my wife's Uncle, Lt. T.B. Coughtrie and "Black 18" is a "well used" Avenger off the USS Tripoli. I'm not 100% sure of VC-13's numbering system, so its more of a "generic".
Thanks,
Bub

Thanks Bub!

Those may find their way into the battle for Okinawa coming up with the BPF campaign.
