for Western Desert"can't find hurricane_mkiib_trop in library"
What is this telling me??? It works perfectly OK in free flight but the missions cannot find it.
Did you rename it?
Its looking for the folder "hurricane_mkiib_trop" if you renamed the folder and/or the model (I think), then The mission will not find it.
Either that or the aircraft.cfg has been changed.
so three things to check.
Folder with proper name.
Model
aircraft.cfg
look for this line in the .cfg
sim=hurricane_mkiib_trop
that should be the same as the model.
If its an AI plane then the mission is looking for the the first plane in the CFG. if you add a texture and did this,

sound=
texture=1
[fltsim.1]
title=Hurricane MKIIB Trop

then it isn't able to find it.
I don't have the plane myself so these are only example to look at.
When I add a plane that is needed for a campaign or mission, I make a new copy setup for me and leave an unaltered one. Then before I fly a mission I change to my bird. now the down side is the 100 plane limit. But you will avoid things like I just mentioned.
If you didn't change anything and you have the correct plane then someone else will have to answer this one.
