Virtavia B29: BigTimeOperator

Almost finished,

Just taking care of the final details....

Till now:

- less blue (sky reflecting) metallic textures
- different metal sheet tones
- slightly changed panel lines and rivets
- shiny spinners (changed mdl for private use only!)
- different exhausts
- somewhat detailes engines.

Still to do:

- engine heat
- oil leaks
- exhaust stains and metal discoloration

Finally after several attempts the upload worked. The Big Time operator (BTO.zip) is now in the library. Please note that the shiny spinners can only be achieved by modifying the mdl files. Virtavia has been notified and might change this in a future update.
