Golden Wings?

msfossey

SOH-CM-2023
Wondering if Golden Wings is still avialable? I have FS9 and have never really used it. I like vintage A/C and would like to know if the GW pakages are still aroulnd. If so, where?

Also, can't seem to find Obio's tutorial on how to make FS9 look better. Any ideas?

Thanks,

msfossey

I added the original document to the text of the first post.

As an attachment we can probably plan on it going MIA every once in awhile.

Funny this should come up now, as I just installed GW3 a few days ago. I am still working out a few bugs, but so far so good. I have installed it along with UT USA and AK/Canada, as well as Flight Ontario's British Commonwealth Air Training Plan airfield sets and a few other odds and sods. Couldn't get EditVoicepack to work correctly, so I just grabbed the applicable GVP files from my FS9 installation and dropped 'em in my GW3 sound folder.

Adding UT to GW3 is counter productive imo. UT adds roads and autogen based on modern times and takes away a lot of that golden era look. Bill Lyons included a modified world landclass to create that.
