The problem of an abnormal display was able to be evaded by your cooperation. Thank you.
We will deliver latest FIX of EP3 instead of the reward.

Do you notice though the antenna wire is not put on EP3 that you have already had?:biggrin-new:
Moreover, the texture assign in the back of the gear door is corrected.

The texture assign correction of the same part is scheduled to be done in the P-3C package.

I see all these "Fixes" that you offer and I get a little confused as to if I need them. The original release of the EP-3E worked just fine for me.
So, having said that, do I really need these "fixes" you offer? Old saying If it ain't broke, don't fix it. :adoration:

Abnormality was not found under my environment either. However, I corrected it. :victorious:
 
I've installed all recommended changes/fixes as per recommendation and all is still OK.

I wonder if anyone else has this issue:

Some times the gray part will shift to the left side of the tail. Sometimes it will be all white with no gray showing.
 
The angle of incidence of sunray?
The shape of the tail shows it like that.

The "devil is in the details".

I found a few things that need fixing on all three of the paints for VXN-8.
I won't get them uploaded yet today. Sorry.
(I've found painting AI aircraft is a lot easier !)
 
Paint Kit for the P-3

Gray Eagle and anyone else who would like to make your own paints for the KBT P-3; I have made a layered paint kit for the v3 textures. I have contacted KBT and it's my understanding he approves of my sharing it. The paint kit is for the left and right fuselage, left and right wings, fuselage bottom, engines, and a full fuselage body .bgl to assist in alignment of the fuselage panels. The paintkit is available in photoshop format (.psd) and GIMP format (.xcf). The zipped files are 10M and 13M. (If the files end up being too big for email I can split them)

Probably not, but then NATOPS wouldn't approve of me "pausing" the aircraft in flight to make a head call after downing a couple brewskies either!!!

Roger on the "Pause". At least the P-3 had a head. The H-3 had a relief tube. You had to balance against the bulkhead while the joker in the cockpit pumped the collective. They knew they had to hold it to the end of the hop afterwards 'cause "revenge is sweet". :biggrin-new:

Nope, I can say as a former VP Line LPO that we never cleared any of the portside engines for start with the door open and the ladder down. I never liked doing any kind of starts where crew or line rats were exposed to the exhaust of the engines as well as being close to the prop arcs. As I was the one responsible for the safety of my line guys and the aircrew my anxiety really went through the roof when we had a bad APU and had to use the huffer and an electrical cart. Having said that I was blessed with young men and women that knew what was expected of them, did fast and safe and we not only never missed a launch window but never once had any kind of mishap or "Any Mouse" grip on us. When I think of all the times that my shipmate on the Saratoga, AO3 Bill Wheeler, used to tell me a VP AO billet was skate duty I'd just laugh and wish he was with me on VP-65's line "skating".

Also the proper start sequence was 2,1,3,4 as two was driving the main generator for the bird.
 
Enjoyed the video NC. Been doing some P-3/EP-3E ops myself out of KNUW. Have added all sorts of fps straining AI - A3 Whales, P2V's and LOTS of Jake Burrus's very good AI P-3 Orion. Found some very nice white over light grey schemes out of the MAIW Lajes package that look right for the mid to late 60s. Will post some screenies but first need to carpet bomb some of the EA-6B scenery objects that came with the airport scenery that are not in period.
