Seaplane ramp

Does anyone know if their is a useable seaplane ramp available anyware...?
Or know how to create one.....I'll do the work if I can.....

Search for the freeware "Snow Dogs Tours" sceneries for Alaska and Canada. They had a lot of seaplane bases, and a lot of them have ramps.
