The Ongoing Mystery Aircraft Thread Part Deux.

Hi baragouin :encouragement:
The pre-1945 period is my weak spot. I love aircraft from that era, but I donot have many pictures.
I hop;e this one will do. It is somewhat older (1927).

Hi Kevin
That is the one! :icon29:
Any trouble with the hurricanes in your town?
Look forward to your next challenge.

How about a one-off civil aeroplane from the late 1920's?

Well it's a Hanriot (or Lorraine-Hanriot) which appears to be a modified H-431 - new struts and gear - but I can't quite track it down at the moment !

Spot on Lefty. :very_drunk: Not sure about the modifications.

Here is the unaltered photo.

Hi Lefty!
I often wondered about the name "Bestiola" being given to an Aircraft.
Assuming that this is an italian word, it translates as :"small Beast" (Wee beast as you more correctly state) or as "pet".
Right now I have no proper offer but I hope to revert fairly shortly over the matter.
Cheers

Oops ! :shame: Never thought to check - we'll try another.

This designer either ran out of cash for plexiglass or else just liked fresh air........
