:wavey:F1m2_pete.zip & Pete.zip are they the same plane or are they
different ?
I am loading the
LUZON 1941 and I am at a
stand still at what is right.

Can someone shed some light on this for me.
Thank, JP

What I would do is download it. open the zip and see what the aircraft is called. compare that to what is being asked for in the mission. The one I have is called F1M2.

The cfg looks like this...

[fltsim.0]
title=F1M2 Type-0
sim=f1m2
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=
checklists=

I can send you what I have. I helped do a catlaunch setup for the Pete off the Nisshin. I still have the zip if you'd like a copy.

there are only a couple of them out there. give this a try.

John,

I have two F1M2s.

One is the F1M2_Pete that is mentioned in this thread, the other is this one:

[fltsim.0]
title=F1M2 Type-0
sim=f1m2
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=
checklists=

Which is the one I think you are looking for, but I think they are both from the same authors.

This second one has nothing with it except the plane. There are no readme files, nothing in the plane that identifies the authors, so I have no idea where I got it from. Let me do some checking and see if I can find out where it came from.

Pete andcat setup on its way...

Hey John,

Email sent. If you have any questions just hit me up. everything should be there.

Till Later,

not a problem.

careful when you lineup for launch. I would set the park brake while the screen is loading up. Then start your engines. once your engines are running release the brakes. now that I think of it this one might not have brakes. I was able to blip the throttle and use the rudder to turn for launch. once set, Hit the "W" key and pull up just a bit. after your airborne hit the "W" key again.

you can only use the launch once per mission.

till later,
John
