I have found that there are a few places where the autoland will land you a few feet off the runway , ( at Waddington its a few feet to the right ) but at others its bang down the middle , so I assume its an FSX thing .Anyone doing ILS approaches? I find that the localizer behaves strangely. An example.. on approach to Coltishall (EGYC) the localizer is to the left when lined up with the runway all the way down to just short of the threshold.
It seems to me as if the course selection is not matching up with what is indicated. The RW at Coltishall is exactly 220 degrees so the fact that the ILS course only selects in units of 5 degrees is not a factor.
Anyone care to give it a try to see what they think?
BTW the wheel gives 5 degree increments , left or right clicks give single.
