There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Dang, that looks good!
Are the panel lines and rivets "burned" into the master texture or can I edit them?
(Don't worry, it's just for the stretches.)
Yes, I find it the best way for me to do them. It's similar to bump mapping. The other technique is to paint a white or gray line adjacent to the panel line and adjust the opacity to get the right depth.
You can edit to some extent the base white textures as I have done a few times to fix some things by copy/paste method on a new layer.
From someone who has made a couple dozen paint kits for commercial products, this paint kit is a good one. All layers are labeled which is a real plus. A huge plus also is that the files can be opened in Photoshop 6 and Paint Shop Pro 7 so I'm extremely happy about that. Might merge some layers but will up the opacity of all to 100% so I can see what is included before loosing the flexibility that is currently there. Good kit TuFun.
