FSX A4 with it's MLG sitting 10" above the deck?

This is an Upgrade Of Kazunori Ito's FS2002/2004 A-4C for FSX compatability - New VA-163 repaint - blank texture set included - textures have been smoothed and converted to DXT3 format - all panels and VC have been smoothed and re-gauged - an autopilot window and afterburner effects gauge has been added - custom burner effects added - new sound files - new airfile and aircraft.cfg for FSX , optimized for Carrier op's - tailhook and launch bar tested in single and multiplayer - thumbnails added ofcourse - tested in FSX with Acceleration using windows XP and DX9 FSX compatabilty upgrade by Bruce Fitzgerald


I found this at http://simviation.com/simviation/download.php?ID=744 over the long weekend, and I need to get its mains to actually touch the ground.

Any ideas? :untroubled:

... but can someone tell me why you'd put AB/reheat effects on an A-4?

It'll be the '3' co-ord....-9, -8, -8 ....they'll be too big....haven't run it yet to check...but that'll be the culprit...;)

Note to ground crew.....'ya gonna need a longer ladder'....;)
 
Quick and dirty....but copy this into your Aircraft.cfg to replace existing...

point.1= 1, -3.9, -6.0, -7.3, 3574, 1.0, 0.4, 0.0, 0.30, 0.4, 0.8, 4.0, 4.0, 2, 0, 0
point.2= 1, -3.9, 6.0, -7.3, 3574, 2.0, 0.4, 0.0, 0.30, 0.4, 0.8, 4.0, 4.0, 3, 0, 0

Now normal ladder can be used...;)

Jafo, you beat me to the punch, your gear height numbers were the same as I came up with. :biggrin-new: Looks OK in my FSX now.

Wow, I posted that one a long time ago, the only good scooters about were razbams but they were payware. and yeah i put a burner on it cuz i thought it was pretty. oh silly youth:untroubled:
