Adding Vortex Generators??

Is there a way to add vortex generators to airplanes in FSX? I'm talking about actually seeing them on the wing, I wanna try to replicate their effects, like higher useful load, lower stall speed, etc. Is there a way to do it?
 
Tinker with the flight dynamics.

Visually adding them, however, is out of the question.

Visually adding them, while nice, really isn't that important. More interested in the performance upgrade :p
Anyway, would I edit the aircraft.cfg or the air file? I don't know how to edit an airfile, and I doubt I have the software
